After quitting gym does body weight increases?

I will talk to the point without shitting unecessary things here.

If you working out and following a dirt of suppose 3000 calories comes from 60 % of carbs and 15–25% of fats and protein both each.

And now you have stopped working out ,then there are three cases.

  1. Stopped gym and eating same
  2. Stopped gym and eating less.
  3. Stopped gym and eating according to maintaining your weight .

In first case you will gain weight for sure even though you eat good calories.

In second You will lose weight.

In third you will maintain your weight.

How to maintain weight?

Track your calorie intake for one week and weigh yourself daily during the week. Ensure you weigh yourself in the morning each day to get an accurate reading.

Once you have completed the week, find out your average daily calories by adding each days calories up and dividing by 7.

Look at your weight over the week and see how it changes. If your weight stays relatively similar you've found your maintenance.

If your weight has an upward trend you're eating slightly above maintenance. In this situation lower your calories by a few hundred (exact magnitude will depend on how much weight you gained).

If your weight has a downward trend you are eating slightly below maintenance. In this situation lower your calories by a few hundred( exact magnitude will depend on how much weight you lost).

Once you've found your maintenance you are in a good position to create an optimal nutrition plan.

What's your maintenance calories and bodyweight? Calculate and stick to it to maintain your weight and muscle mass.

I want to ask you about the meaning of the burnout of motor. I know that the breakdown of the insulator causes the motor to burn but what is the relationship between the insulator and the current flow in the conductor?

What is something that you used to believe that isn't true?

Thanks Jake for a2a.I have been underweight till retirement. I had some issues with renal infections and due to delayed diagnosis of the same, digestive problems were also being observed, but I thought I was otherwise fit.I was a tireless person. Slept less than normal. Ate nominal. Burned calories like anything.
