HI my name jerrad not so long ago I was in that stage in my life where i was struggling no different than you. and am so sorry to here this as I totally understand what your going though ,so I can only tell you my experience and what I did to fight what I can only describe as the blackness inside of you. When your at the lowest its time to take action you need to fight back and this is what I did Its really hard to make that change when you feel so helpless but that's the time to get angry as I did and tell yourself time to change you must push yourself to do this and give everything you have got to fight you are at war with your mind. and your mind is playing tricks on you I was there one time myself and the hardest thing to do is get your ass up and do something positive instead of doing something native do something positive. do anything go for a walk run seek advice anything that takes your mind away from those dark thoughts I no what they are and I no how it makes you feel please don't go though this alone .people love you no matter what you think they do care about you its you mind telling you this sometime they will not understand because unless you have lived it its very hard to picture it I myself have been though this many times and I no what it feels like but I can tell you with 1000% you can do this. I can still remember truthfully days were I could not get my head off the pillow my wife pushed me to get up.
