  3. Cool down after the workout.
  4. Take your vitamin supplements.
  5. Take a good night sleep. Sleep helps the body repair and recovery faster with wonderful gains.
  6. Try not going all Gung-ho on the weight. Take it slow, eg. If you have been lifting 6kg dumbbells 3sets 12 reps bicep curls. Now I feel like going up the notch to 10kg dumbbells. Don't just pick them and go 3sets 12. Instead make it 6reps 6sets. Then after a week 8reps 4 sets and the your baseline 12 reps 3 sets. This will help reduce muscle soreness and give your huge gains.
