Are the P90X exercise videos worth buying?

P90X is not a fad or a gimmick.  It is a well thought-out workout plan that pushes you beyond what you thought possible.  P90X is pretty old school, lots of basic pushups, pull ups and exercises that you probably hated in high school.  I know I did.  The most challenging aspect of the program is believing that you can do it - the first month will be very difficult.

I have been doing P90X for over a year now.  I am currently mixing P90X and Insanity workouts.  I have gone from 225 pounds to 160.  From a 40 inch waist to a 30 inch waist.  From a 9:30 mile to a 7:30 mile.  It changed my life, but you have to work your tail off.

As a side note, I did not follow the nutrition guide, but rather got an iphone food diary (LoseIt!) and set my net calorie intake to be based on a 2lb per week weight loss goal.
