At what different times during the day we may exercise?
According to me and my experience in gym, it doesn't matter whether you workout morning or evening.
What matters is being consistent in your schedule.
If you choose to workout afternoon, stay consistent in your timing.
Don't do workouts on seven different timing for seven days in a week. Rather doing this, go to gym for just four days in a week but you should be on time daily, you should not change your workout timings.
With this post I would like to say, the advantages of doing workout in morning or evening.
