Can I lose 10 lbs in 10 days?
You can lose few pounds of water from your body in 10 days. There may be couple of pounds of fat but mostly due to water loss.
For 10 days fat loss, program I suggest cuting sugar, Bakery items, fast foods, takeouts , ice cream.... Replace with whole food items and fresh water. Take walks every days and sleep a lot. No alcohol....

Fat loss is slow and as long as the basic formula is not working, the results are substandard and trying to lose lots of weight in short term are the domain of dangerous and stupid diets, expensive liposuction procedures...
