Can Twenty Press Ups every morning be regarded as Exercise?
The definition of exercise is "activity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to sustain or improve health and fitness."
So yes, 20 press ups every morning is regarded as exercise. Though, it wouldn't impact your body that much as your body would get used to 20 press ups every morning. My suggestion is to progressive overload your press ups. That way, you will obtain more strength and size(but, not a comparable difference to working out with free weights). Try to aim for 20-25 press ups, and if you are able to hit 25, then add some weight to your press up. See if you can attach a weight to yourself, or have a friend push you down lightly. Once you hit 25 reps again, attach more weight, or have your friend push harder.
Keep doing this, and it will be a pretty effective routine.
