Does a morning walk really help in losing weight and fitness?
yes it really helps.But there are few steps you have to follow:
1. there is difference between walk and brisk walk.For loosing weight you have to follow brisk walk .
2. Always wear shoes as it helps to gain speed and also maintain balance.
3.Try not to skip . If by chance you have some urgent work and you cannot afford to give usual time you spend daily in walk then also go wether for 10 minutes so that the routine will not break . Alternatively you can go for evening walk that day but try not to break the schedule.
4. If you are going with someone then remember not to indulge in gossip because it will definitely affect your speed and also your efficiency.Because of gossip you will feel tired very soon.
5.Don't have either very small target or very big target.If you are beginner than Start with 1.5 to 2 Km and slowly slowly increase upto 5 kms.
6.Don't take heavy breakfast before going for walk.You can have warm water with lemon and can have breakfast after coming from walk.
7.If you feel bored while walking then listen to slow music to enhance your mood.
