Does weight lifting reduce face fat?
Weight lifting and weight training both the terms are different.
If you ask weight lifting, my answer is no.
If you see weight lifters, they lift so heavy and they themselves are bulky and huge. They carry a lot of vody fat.
If you ask about weight training, yes eventually you will reduce face fat, but only once your overall bodyfat is low, facial fat will also be reduced. If you are looking for some exercise that can help you to lose facial fat, there is no such exercise.
