How to feel more happy

HAPPINESS IS A RELATIVE TERM!!!!
This means that different people find happiness in different things, places, activities or people....
What might make a person happy might not influence you at all....
The most important and the only way to find happiness is to try and Remember your childhood days....
Cause childhood is the only phase you were yourself and not influenced by anything at all, no matter what people said or did around you.....
The major reason for happiness in childhood was because everybody left you alone and let you be....
No one spoke to of the worldly matters, no body spoke to you of politics, no body spoke to you about how to get a job, what kind of job to do, how to pay the bills, how to get a mortgage, which boy to marry, which career to choose, what restaurant to eat in, who to talk to what to wear and how to behave....
Those were the days when your mind was free from every external influence possible....
But as we grow up, we are told the importance of money and we are sad if we have less money, we are told the value of big colleges and we are sad to be in a mediocre college, we are taught style so we are ashamed to be under dressed....
We forget that we are unique, no one in the world has DNA same as YOU....
You are a seed of a different flower and a unique phenomena on this Earth....
But what you do is let others guide you, make you live their lives and follow their stories instead of you making your own story...
First and foremost be yourself and listen to yourself.... Only then will you know what makes YOU happy.....
Till then only doing what others have told you will make you happy.....
Find out the simplest thing that made you happy when you were a child, this will also help you discover the right job for you.... For example if you like making sand castles maybe architecture is what will make you happy and you will thrive at it cause that is what you love and will make you happy life long, at work and off work too...
If you liked scribbling on paper maybe drawing is what makes you happy.... If you liked playing with a Camera maybe you should be in Cinema ( these are real life example of writer Zora Neale Hurston, film maker Ingmar Bergman, artist Leonardo da Vinci)...
Einstein was a great scientist but playing Violin was what made him happy....
Martha Graham was good at nothing so she chose to be a background dancer, dancing made her happy but soon she got bored of following footsteps and she invented her own dance form....
Charles Darwin had lesser IQ than his brother Galton, and his father was a successful doctor and wanted Charles to be a doctor too... Darwin got in to medical school and cleared with normal marks, his father was scared for his future till the time Darwin began to do what makes him happy... Collecting insects ( literally).... And doing that made him happy and he became one of the renowned scientists with his famous theory....
Wolfgang Mozarts father father forced him to be a musician till the time he revolted against his father and did what made him happy.... Composing music for Theatres....
All of these successful people were masters of what they did as what they did made them happy.... They all revolted against the common voice of the society and parents and did what made them happy...
So it is upon you to choose what makes you happy and continue doing that.... Cause no matter how small that thing is.... It can't be substitute to HAPPINESS....


If you give a few dollars to a homeless person so that he can buy some food, he'll be happy.

If you give that same amount of money to someone who is financially sound, he will show no interest in that money.

My point is, happiness is different for each and everyone of us. I have my own interest and following those interest will make me happy but my interest may or may not make you happy.

Still at any point of time in life, make sure :-

  1. That you have positive people in your life.
  2. That you don't give attention to negative people in your life.
  3. That you eat healthy and you are engaged in some kind of physical and mental exercise.
  4. That you dream big and work hard to make your dream a reality.
  5. That you help those who need help.

I have people who support me through thick and thins of my life and then I have people who always try to bring me down no matter how good I treat them.

I have people in my life who always motivate me to push myself harder and then I have people in my life who think of me as a lying person just because I do things which they can't even imagine.

Fortunately I learned what I was doing wrong and mend my ways and now I am happy. I am much much better than people who surround me. That makes me more happy :D


The hardest thing in this whole damn world is to hyptonize your mind from wandering over baseless assumptions and let go of your negative thinking ways which later on prove to b an obstacle in your welcoming by a world of your fantasies.. But in order to stay far away from sadness there is an endless list for things to b done(do t worry I'm not gonna give you a whole directory of psychiatrists who'll help you keep yourself happy) you can lock yourself up in an absolute dark room, put on your headphones and shake your ass to some shitkicking music, or preparing a wish list for yourself nd accomplish each and every task, or play lighthearted pranks on your friends (and remember to make them cry of laughter and not by hurting them in any way), spend time with your family and cousins cracking the lamest joke, mimicking others (in a positive and a lighthearted way.. Nd no sardonic comments on anyone please.) and go crazy with them... And the simplest of all think about the past memories which once have you a thousand of butterflies in your stomach and made you smile or feel elated at least once in a lifetime.. Being a teenager these are a few tips to keep a person happy which affordable and can be easily implemented by any age group and this actually helps to a great extent.. I'm telling you something very weird yet important.

The one of limited feelings that makes a person happy is The Feeling of Being Desired.

Interact with more people, make new friends, make good teams, make friendship with girls, do something remarkably good for you family or reflect traits of a leader. These things will help you to create value your real worth in your surrounding and society. They will see you in a different way. The interesting you're, the more will be the people who wants to keep in touch with you.

At the end when you check your phone in the morning and after every few hours. The people you see in your chat box and the calls you get every day reflects how desired you're.

It keeps a person happy if he knows that people around like him/her. Reasons you need to find out. Happiness if not from money, comes from people. And if people around you are happy with you, you'll definitely feel that happiness at the end of day.
