How to reduce the circumference of thighs
You know, I was just like you. I really didn't like my thighs before, but after I started lifting weights, I saw results which help me realize that I am who I am. My body is build the way it is build and I can't change that, I can try, but can't expect the results to be what I want. Many girls train for either abs or ass. I did both, but I later found out that I can't place to much emphasis on the muscles I want to grow and I can't expect the same results as fitness bloggers and celebrities. I don't have a thigh gap, and I did try ones to get it but it just doesn't work. For me, I think the only way for me to get a thigh gap is to lose a lot of weight, and that is way to risky for me cause last time I lost my period for 8 months. I started placing pressure on my whole body to grow and gain muscle and I am loving the results. I have big thighs, yes, but they are strong and matches my body type. I can't imagine myself as some skinny girl. I like my curves and my body. I weight like between 140–150 pounds, but I'm not fat, I know that much.
Answer: you can't just shrink your thighs (sorry), but you can build them and make them look "better" I guess. That's what I did. If you want "smaller" thighs you need to lose weight, and that means overall body weight. It does not work targeting one muscle group believing you would lose weight. I guess everyone would've had abs and thigh gaps if that worked. So basically 1. Lose overall body weight or 2. build them, or 3. Be happy with what you have
