How do busy people who work/go to school find the time and motivation to workout every day?
In my opinion it's about having goals. They can be motivating and keep you going. I personally get up very early in order to workout before driving to work. What's more I also invest time in other activities such as writing articles for my blog. Why I do that? Because I have different goals I love to pursue. That's it.
