How do homeless people get jobs?
As of right now, in 2018, I don't see any evidence that they do.
1.To get hired, they need transportation to get to work.
2.To get hired, they need a place where they can sleep at night.
3.To get hired, they need a place where they can bathe every night.
4.To get hired, they need to have enough food to live on.
5. To get hired, they need physical and psychiatric medical care.
It's a very expensive proposition to even get one homeless person off of those street divides where they stand there in the broiling hot sun, begging to get people to give them money.
Employers have no financial incentive to help homeless people.
They have to have a stable life before they can get hired. Employers won't hire them if they lack even one of the above qualities.
