How to stay so fit and what is your regimen
By picking an exercise program you enjoy doing. For me, I enjoy strength training so I am currently doing an off-season powerlifting style program that includes squats, deadlifts, bench and overhead presses. I also add into a few short sessions of cardio because I want to do it.
