Try Doing an 10 Minute Negative Pull-up EMOM(Every Minute On the Minute).

Use a box and at the start of the minute you jump up and do a negative pull up with a duration of 10–15 seconds. Then take the rest of the minute to recover and repeat for 10 rounds(minutes).

By the end your arms should be tired and you should feel a good burn.

Repeat it once a day for a couple of weeks and you should see improvements in arm strength.

You can also try doing 10 sets of 10 reps of bicep curls at a heavy weight(20–25kg).

At the start of the minute aim to to as many push up as possible for 45 seconds. Then take the rest of the time (15sec) to recover. Repeat this for 10 rounds(minutes)
