How much weight can I burn if I burn 479 calories per day with a 500 calories diet?
Nobody can tell you how much weight you will lose, because you haven't given enough information (height, weight, age, biological gender).
But what we can tell you is that 500 calories per day is barely even half of what a 90-year-old woman in a coma who weighs 110 pounds needs to stay alive. It is far too low for you. Your calorie intake should never be lower than the BMR you would have at your target weight (and your current height and age).
We can also tell you that 479 is clearly not an accurate number. You burn more than that just by waking up every day and breathing. But even if your real meaning was "479 calories through exercise" it's still not an accurate number. Nothing except an expensive laboratory setup measures calories burned down to that level of accuracy.
