Daily cardio work is completely fine. When it comes to weight training however, it really depends. You shouldn't train each muscle group (i.e. biceps) more than three times a week. This is because your muscles need time to recover. Overtraining is a real thing.
Given this, getting a full body workout every single day probably isn't a good idea, but training two or three muscle groups daily is a great idea.
