I Tried to drink 2 liters of water daily but my face started to get dry and I looked sick, now that I stopped my face looks much better and I also feel healthier, why did this happen?
One should only drink water if you are thirsty.
As per knowledge and training drinking rather sipping water along with meal is ideal. One should not drink water immediately after the meal as this hampers the digestive system.
