I just started training again with kettlebells and forgot how challenging they can be. What are your favorite kettlebell exercises and why? What muscle groups do you use them to train for?
Kettlebell is a fantastic workout.
I use them individually to replace some DB exercises like incline flyes,lunges,Plie squat.
The I use them as a quick fat burn circuit which consists of Kettlebell swings, battling ropes,tire flips and a squat or Burpee depending on the size of the room I'm in.
Favorite...really heavy swings.The muscles you feel working when you have a 50 lb Kettlebell or heavier is amazing.
