Dude, you're 14. Just lift weights, eat lots of food, and take protein powder. You shouldn't need any pre-workout get-me-up. Maybe a cup of coffee on days where you feel demotivated. Build some experience under the bar. It also looks silly to see people use all these newfangled things like smelling salts, Inzer shirts, special powerlifting shoes, squat suits, bands, slingshots, etc. when they aren't putting up even respectable numbers yet.
