I want to get muscular. What's the best fitness routine I can follow to get to that point, and how long does it take to see very noticeable results?
I have listed a few routines below that have helped me gain strength and size. They are more geared around the main weighlifting movements, namely, the bench press, squat and deadlift. I find these workouts especially helpful because you can google these items and customize your workout according to your 1-rep maxes. Once you plug in the numbers your workout is ready for you and you don't even have to think about what you are going to do that day:
