I'm 12 and I would like to start trying to get abs? Any help please.

I was in the same position as you 2 years ago, my friend. I wanted to have the kikker abs that you see on magazines that all hirls seem to love. One thing that I didn't realize a the time is that those abs are nothing without a body around them. This means, besides the abdominal excersizes that I will soon go over, you should also be doing other excersizes like pushups and pullups. If you do a mix of regular and diamof pushups and a mix of chin-ups and pullups (palms facing you and palms facing away), you will he in killer shape, especially for your age.
