Is it true that crunches and sit ups dont help you lose weight n your stomach?
Yes if you body fat percentage would be too high no matter the number of crunches and sit up would not reveal the abdominals.
This is what I have as my summary and recommendations after all these years
Be it Keto, Intermittent fasting, Atkins, OMAD and excluding the hormonal stuff that each diet has. The diets would generally require a higher expenditure as compared to intake for it to work.
