What are the good and bad neighborhoods of Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico?
I"ll assume we have the same definition of "good" and "bad" neighborhoods.
Good: Nueva, Los Pinos, Jardines del Valle, Jardines del Lago, Villafontana and several developments inside the big square (Called "Zona Dorada" by some) comprised by Calzada CETYS, Gomez Morin, Calle Novena and Independencia. That includes San Pedro I and II which are the top and most expensive ones.
Bad: Most neighborhoods located west of Calle Once and some of the "Nuevo Mexicali" zone in the east of the city near colonias Robledo and El Cóndor.
