Well you may not like the answer but I'm going to be real with you. No workout will get you a six pack... Any work out will get you a six pack dot dot dot the reality is a six pack is not dependent on your training regimen. Abs are made in the kitchen. You can't rain all day long until the cows come home hard as you can but if your nutritions not on point it doesn't matter what you do your abs won't show. In order to get a six-pack you need to get your body fat level to about 10% or less. If you're serious about doing this new way to do it is to eat all real whole food concentrate on meat and vegetables avoid breads pastas other grains avoid sugar and all processed food if you have three to four meals a day with four to six ounces of meat and 4 to 6 ounces of veggies and workout 30 minutes to an hour 3 to 4 times a week you'll have abs in a few months. But really it's all about the diet. No fast food no junk food excetera.
