What is inside an empty room?
On this planet, an empty room contains:
1. Space (see below)
2. Air: 80% nitrogen, 20% oxygen, approximately, plus other gases.
3. A gravitational field, a magnetic field and radiation.
4 particles or sub-atomic particles: eg neutrinos emitted by the sun or other stars.
5 Dark matter or dark energy, potentially, even though we can't observe it
Space, including space that exists beyond our expanding universe, accommodates the four known dimensions (three physical dimensions, plus time). It has no mass but can be distorted by gravity, even when containing only a vacuum.
No room is therefore ever truly empty.
Truely speaking, there is nothing empty....when do you say a room is "empty".....when there is nothing inside it. But how can there be nothing inside an empty room? Rooms are never empty! How can you call something "a room" when it is empty? "room" itself means "space to be occupied" when there are no"THINGS"(tangible or physical), you cannot say it is empty.....there is also"darkness" or"light" or "air"....when all these are occupying the space...why is it called"empty"!

Technically, nothing. If the room is truely empty, the room should be devoid of all matter, and therefore, the room is a vacuum with absolutely nothing inside it.
Howvever, practically, the room is most likely filled with air, the most common, unavoidable gas within Earth's atmosphere. That is, of course, assuming that this room is positioned on Earth.
These are stupid answers to a stupid question, so start asking better questions and you might get some answers that aren't an absolute waste of time to read, such as this one. lol

- The room itself
Unfathomable amounts of energy undetectable by the human eye.
