As far my choice is concerned, Best Dish in India and elsewhere, particularly in Punjab province, is "Daal Makhni" (with spicy Tadka) to be eaten with "Tandoori Lachha Parantha" made of Desi Ghee (purified butter) with some pasteurised butter or fresh cream over it, with some Pickle of Green Chilly and some Ring Onion or "Sirka Onion".
