What's your regret about love and did it affect your life?

Here's something I have written about love!

Have you ever loved someone so much that their presence proved you your existence..

Have you ever loved someone so deep that their silence blocks your each vein..

Have you ever loved someone so passionately that everytime you are sad, your all misery demands their one shoulder..

Have you ever loved someone so rightly that in all their mistakes you find yourself culprit..

Have you ever loved someone so desperately that their one touch is enough to illuminate your entire body..

Have you ever loved someone so intensely that their one breath is enough to take your 100 breaths..

Have you ever loved someone so extremely that when their finger tries to reach out to something, they find you bringing it half way for them..

Have you ever loved someone so devotedly that your each prayer includes their wellness..

Have you ever loved someone enough that when you are alone their voice whispers in your ears..

Have you ever loved someone so profoundly that their disappearance even for a second, turns your world upside down..

Have you ever loved someone so desperately to wait for them till you exist..

Have you ever loved someone so severely that you find your life incomplete, until you let them know it fully..

Have you ever loved someone so solely that you smilingly accept all their changes..

Have you ever loved someone so affectionately that you are ready to walk with them on a path, you know has no destination..

Have you ever loved someone so feelingly that they become your strength and your weakness..

Have you ever loved someone so truly that you know wherever life takes you, you will be there for them whenever they need you..

Have you ever loved someone so genuinely that you don't care what happens, you believe they are your "The One!!"

This is what is love and regret about it is, not having the one you love with you. And if you ask me how it affects your life, trust me it is capable of making or destroying your life completely. So either love the right person or else don't love.

PS: Not my personal story just common observation. Being a writer makes me feel such things.

How should one workout and eat to gain muscle mass but at the same time lose fat?

Don't believe those who say it's "theoretically/technically not possible"  B.S.  I've done it in the last year and a half, many people around me noticed and commented on it.  It's more about the diet than the exercise but both work together and are important.1) A
