Which training is better for girls, weight training or cardio?
I am a believer you should do both because they both can benefit your overall health. I hear way to often how women are afraid to use weights in fear of getting bulky. If it was that easy to get bulky don't you think every guy would be "jacked".
Most would say it depends on your goal, but doing weights or cardio will both have advantages that we can use for out overall health. If you have a specific goal you can put more emphasis on one over the other, but doing both will only benefit your overall health and fitness.
Mix it up, don't get stuck doing the same thing over and over.
Try different things, find what works for you because we are all different and what may work for one may not work for another.
The important thing is being consistent, eating healthy, and believe you can achieve anything you want.
