Why can't I start working out?
There are two kinds of people in the world.
1. People who love good physique and work out to achieve it. They do not like lifting weights or sweating or feeling the lactic acid burning your muscles.
2. People who not only love good physique but also enjoy the process by which they achieve that physique ie. pumping iron. They actually enjoy pain they go through lifting weights or running like a retard.
the first category would drop out within first few months, it is the second category which lasts.
If you fall under the first category it would be harder for you to overpower your mind. If you fall under second category it should not be very hard because you are not really forcing yourself to do something you don't like.
