Losing weight on a keto diet is faster than other diet plans but you can't eat everything else in excess just because you are cutting out carbs.A lot of people have this misconception when they start keto diet,so it's always better to keep a count on your calories,this will help you lose weight and get healthy really fast.

No CHEAT DAY

This is very important as all other diet plans might allow you to have a cheat day because of the slow process of losing weight but this is strictly prohibited in a keto diet and skipping for a single day can make you gain weight.

3.WHAT YOU EAT IS IMPORTANT THAN WHAT YOU BURN

What and how much you eat is more important to analyse rather than spending long hours at the gym.The saying you can't outrun a bad diet is completely true.Add in Cardio and weight training for general fitness and even if you don't stick to keto diet plan,you will lose weight without having to do anything.

4.DON'T FORCE TO EAT IF YOU DON'T WANT

If you feel like your intake of fat is sufficient,don't add that extra just because you think you should. Keto prefers that 75% of your daily calories should come from fat,but it's just preference not necessity.However,it is important to hit your protein goals just balanced because excess protein turns into glucose which will take you out of ketosis and low protein will make you lose muscle along with other side effects.

5.YOU NEED TO COOK

Keto is almost impossible without getting into the kitchen to cook.If you want a healthy and well balanced diet put on an apron and start cooking,no one else can do it for you because routine meals are far from being keto friendly.You have to do it yourself as you know the do's and don'ts of a keto diet.

Is doing a squat and deadlift on leg power days too much? How about doing leg press and extensions/curls?

I am 1.76m tall and weigh in at 165lbs. For my size and muscle mass i cannot deadlift and squat in the same session. I load up higher each set. At the end of squatting i feel abit drained, tired
