Why we feel happy?
We only feel happiness when we want to. The concept of happiness is generally misunderstood people think happiness is the final destination whereas, it is not true. Happiness is achieved during the path most people put condition on happiness, people think that if they will achieve something they will be happy what I mean to say is that they make happiness as destination which should not be done to be truely happy. We feel happiness because we are tired of being sad sometime and we should feel some other emotion and it is best if we can feel happiness.
When do people feel happy, and why?
My own thinking runs this way:
Normally, people feel happy when things go well, and hence they tend to repeat whatever behavior it was that caused them to go well, or appears to have done so. This cycle, however-you do something, it goes well, you feel happy, you do it again-is obviously functional. You do the same thing again if it worked in the past.
On the other hand, things can go very wrong, and they often do:
It makes you feel happy, but it isn't good for you. Similarly for tobacco, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and other drugs.
Winning makes you feel happy, but intermittent reinforcement (you win occasionally, but not always) creates an extremely strong habit by the principles of operant conditioning, and things can of course get out of hand.
> Food, sex, and so on
These are natural pleasures, but here too things can get out of hand to unfortunate effect.
You can add to this list. Years ago I heard of a man who, upon receiving his weekly paycheck, invariably went out immediately and spent every last cent of it on phonograph records.
It's fine to feel happy, but you must keep your head clear, remain in control, and avoid the many pitfalls.
Because I have positive emotions, and a positive ego. I do believe astrology has something to do with our personality behavior, how we attract and react to things, and people.
The other is being positively optimistic, and seeing the negative, and learning and understanding it, and looking out for myself, knowing that everything is going to be okay, and that there's help, and solutions to fixing, and doing things to make a better life filled with happiness, and reaping what I plant with Goodness, and not evil.
Happiness is just the state of mind at all there are some scientific reason behind it
It is due to Our Emotional Brain . our brain consist few section Amygdala, thalamus, visual cortex.
Amygdala is responsible for our emotions( happy ,fear,sad eg).
When Something good happens to us a singal response goes to Amygdala from the visual cortex . then Amygdala activates the emotional center.
And when this happens activity in brain center inhibit negative feelings and foster an increase in available energy..
Then we feel happy :) :)
Happiness is an emotion, and it is good to feel it. When you are happy, you must learn to express and enjoy that feeling, because you might not be able to feel the same. So whenever you are happy just go on celebrating it!.
